If you have a Squedge Ruler, you can bring it to class or if you need one for class, they're available at the shop to purchase and you'll be ready to go!

Ready to start quilting but not sure where to begin? Join us for a fun, 2 session hands-on beginner class where you’ll make a beautiful table runner from start to finish! We’ll cover all the basics — cutting, piecing, pressing, machine quilting and attaching the binding. By the end of the 2nd session, you’ll have created a project you’ll be proud to show off! Perfect for first-time quilters or anyone wanting a quick, satisfying project! Kits will be prepared and ready with everything you need to complete the runner.

Paint an outdoor barn quilt that will last. It can be used indoors as well. ACM is used (not wood). Your barn quilt blank is ready to have your design applied. Choose from 160 patterns of varying complexity and a rainbow of colors the day of class. Designs range from simple to complex. You will need to bring yellow Delicate Frogtape (1.41 width is best - it can be purchased at a hardware store), hair dryer and a heavy-duty extension cord. Due to the size of this class, the workshop will be held at; McCrossan Boys Ranch (Visitor Center) 47135 260th St. Sioux Falls, SD 57107

Join us for a one-of-a-kind Escapade which was thoughtfully created with the quilter in mind. This experience includes a 2 night stay in the Hills, 3 Quilt Shop visits across our State, a unique picnic with the Statute of Dignity, paid attendance at the Hill City Quilt and Fiber Arts Show, and a visit to Mount Rushmore and "Lunch with the Presidents" (on your own). The trip also includes 2 paid dinners with a private Sunday Brunch at a winery (wine tasting, on your own) before the journey back home. This is an exclusive opportunity for quilters to enjoy getting away but still feeling involved and getting inspired. There will be over 400 quilts displayed at the Hill City Quilt and Fiber Arts Show, vendors, demonstrations, etc...grab your favorite book or a hand project to work on while riding on our coach bus and relax until we get to each planned stop for your enjoyment.

Crossing Borders Spring Fling Shop Hop - April 25 to May 2, 2026

Join in the fun by traveling to each shop and getting your "passport" stamped, receive packets of strips at each shop, and after receiving all strips of fabrics from all the shops, you'll be able to assemble a Crossing Borders quilt. All of the shops have new kits and designs, products, new fabric collections and projects for you to shop and choose from. Bring a friend, go with a family member, get a group together or whatever you would like to do for yourself and see what inspires you. Join the quilting fun!!!!
